Employers should create an environment that encourages employees to take care of their mental and physical health. This can be done by providing access to affordable healthcare, flexible hours, and encouraging activities such as meditation, yoga, and exercise.

4. Address the Root Causes of Stress: Its important to identify the underlying causes of stress in the workplace, such as difficult deadlines, long hours, and a lack of worklife balance. Once the source of stress has been identified, employers need to create a plan to reduce it. This may involve finding ways to complete their current workload without increasing the burden on employees, or providing more resources to help them manage their tasks more efficiently.
